Soulmates and Twin Flames

Most people, at some point along in their journey, experience a deep soul connection with another human being.

It might be a simple encounter where your hand brushes against someone you barely know, and the world seems to stop spinning for a second.

It might be an ongoing relationship with a friend, lover, or family member.

When souls recognize each other and vibrate at a similar frequency, they seem to melt into each other. Regardless of the duration or form of the relationship, connections on a soul level offer us the opportunity to experience ourselves at a deeper level.

In this video I offer you a guided meditation to help you embrace these moments of deep soul connection as a gateway to expand your understanding of self and to amplify your connection with the ever-ending flow of creative Source Energy.

If guided meditation is new for you, simply rest into the words and let your imagination lead you as if you were a small child listening to a bedtime story.

I Want Someone Who Understands Me Sun, 13 Jan 2019 02:51:47 +0000

I Want Someone Who Understands Me

“The worst kind of loneliness in the world is the isolation that comes from being misunderstood.” Dan Brown, Inferno

Dan Brown has been an inspiration to me for years. His novels always seem to expand my understandings and help me to bring words to the very elements I am processing at the time I read them.

As a human race we have become infatuated with creating a world of black and white, good and evil. This polarized view helps to justify acts of war and segregation.

It is our desire to be understood, coupled by our unwillingness to understand that is reflected in the current state of our world.

Whether it is a bombing, a shooting or any other desperate act, people immediately say “I don’t understand how anyone could do that…”

When I express compassion and understanding for the multitude of factors that lead to violence it often makes people uncomfortable.

It is as if my ability to understand is interpreted as an acceptance or endorsement of these behaviors. Even more it is interpreted as a disregard to the identified victims.

I would say that we are all victims and we are all perpetrators of each act of violence that exists in our world.

This is the very reason many people refuse to understand others’ points of view.

When we take the time to understand all the levels that influence those whom we wish to label Evil, we will in fact find that what we see in others is also within us.

Perhaps it is the fear of understanding ALL the layers of ourselves that shields us from understanding others and keeps others from understanding us.

This is not just about understanding extreme acts of violence.

This happens daily in our relationships. Most struggles in relationships are the result of one or both people feeling misunderstood.

But how can we understand another when we do not even fully understand ourselves?

In order to understand both ourselves and others we must acknowledge the many layers of our being.

As humans we are all the vibrations from the cells of our bodies to the vast oneness that is All That Is.

In this awareness, we remember that we are pure energy.

As Reflections of Conscious Oneness, we are simply experiencing various aspects of ourselves and therefore no one is separate from us.

Each one of us, at our core is simply moving towards this remembrance and therefore at the core all actions are within this Divine Reflection.

At the other end of the spectrum we have the cellular level. In this space our decisions are simply based on a primitive instinct to survive. One acts from a  fight or flight response to a perceived threat.

Most of our behaviors are influenced primarily from the many levels of vibration within these two extremes and therefore understanding ourselves and others; feeling understood by ourselves and others becomes tricky.

When we learn to consciously navigate the frequencies of this spectrum, especially the middle vibrations, we have an expanded perspective that allows us to fully understand and embrace all of who we are.

With conscious understanding, we acknowledge all the levels of our being from our most primitive survival instinct to our perfect divine reflection.

In this space of conscious understanding, we are able to reflect love into even the darkest aspects of human existence.

Which is good, because Love is the most powerful force in this Universe.

Learning to consciously navigate the full spectrum of your life experience is easier than it seems.

I have developed the technique of Conscious Meditation (CM) which combined with basic steps of self-exploration create a process of integration that allows you to gently navigate these energies in your daily life.

Through Personal Coaching, I teach you this technique as I guide you in the process of applying awareness to your life and relationships with ease.

Life is easier when you understand yourself and the people around you.

Life becomes even more wonderful as you begin to attract into your life people who can understand you in all of your various aspects.

Is Unconditional Love Real? Sun, 13 Jan 2019 02:46:33 +0000

Is Unconditional Love Real?

The term Unconditional Love has become very popular.

It is a lovely thought isn’t it?

But what is its practical application?

Is it really possible for us to love unconditionally?

A lot of people like to use the example of a dog’s love as unconditional.  I disagree. Dogs are often loyal, beautiful companions and some are much evolved souls in service. But the very aspect of our relationship to domestic animals is based on the fact that we are housing, feeding and caring for them. I don’t know about you, but my dog is very demanding. Are we bonded? Absolutely. Still, I would call the relationship simple and refreshing but definitely not unconditional.

It is also common in religious circles to say that God’s Love is unconditional. But then it seems to be those same circles of people who talk about heaven and hell, judgment day, being rewarded in the afterlife.  God’s Love very well may be unconditional, but human’s interpretation of this love very rarely is.

Love verses Like

The key here is understanding the difference between LOVE and LIKE

Love is the endless flow of divine energy that is available to us in every moment.

Love is pure creative source energy flowing through us.

As we live more and more in conscious oneness, love is simply our natural state.

In this endless flow of love we are filled beyond measure. Then the overflow moves out into the world.

It simply flows without question about who is deserving of the flow.

In this state of conscious oneness, you no longer feel a need to control the flow of unconditional love moving through you.

You are not looking to others to fill your need for this energy because you have learned to tap into the source of love itself.

In this space you simply are love.

Then there is Like!!!

Like is totally conditional. As it should be.

Like is based on behaviors.

How someone treats you determines the degree to which you enjoy being in their presence.  When you are connected to source energy and divine love is flowing through you, it is much easier to see the beautiful reflection of God in everyone you meet.

That perfect reflection of love, however, is not always congruent with a person’s actions.

I definitely discovered this the hard way. When I was young, it was in my nature to always see the best in everyone I met. I had the typical “bad boy syndrome”. It didn’t only play out in romance though. I saw the best in everyone I met. I interacted with people based on the soul reflection I saw within them. I simply overlooked the behaviors that did not match the soul impression I knew to be their true selves.  After a few too many times of being slammed by the incongruence between the beauty I saw in people and the way they treated me, I learned the importance of the intersection of love and like.

Throwing out half the data, was not making life easy for me.

Sure, the soul reflection I see in people is the truest self. But the degree to which a person is integrated with their higher consciousness has a powerful impact on the human relationship. Now that I have learned to navigate the full spectrum of Oneness, I understand the interconnectedness of all the layers with which we express ourselves. My love is always unconditional. I continue to see the absolute perfection of each soul I meet. I allow my love to flow endlessly.

At the same time, I am aware of each person’s behaviors. I note, without judgment, how integrated their behaviors are with the Soul Reflection I see.  I then base my decisions on how I want to interact with each person on the intersection of the divine love I feel for them, and degree to which I like the way they currently interact with the world around them.

Sometimes, that means I choose to love people from afar. I choose not to interact with them closely in the Earth realm, but I always remain open to our connection in the higher frequencies. My love never changes. It is offered without condition.

However, I have absolutely learned what types of interactions and behaviors I enjoy in my life. This determines who I spend my time with on earth.

What’s Ego Got To Do With It? Sun, 13 Jan 2019 02:39:00 +0000

What’s Ego Got To Do With It?

On our Journey to higher Consciousness, we must move beyond our basic instinct of survival. We must open to a greater truth; surrender our lives, not to the small human self of the ego, but to our Higher Conscious Self that is one with Creation.

The closer we get to pure surrender and union with Creative Source Energy, the more the Ego Self cries out to be heard.

The greatest misconception on the Journey to Conscious Oneness is that we must overcome the ego. In a place of Oneness nothing is outside of ourselves.

Everything is Creative Source Energy!

Separation is an illusion.

The ego is a natural result of our expanding consciousness that allows us to experience the gifts of Earth.

As fractals of oneness, we began to believe that we were separate.

We began to fear for our survival, and the ego formed to protect us.

Responding to the emotions of fear and anger was the ego’s job, because in the days of survival fear indicated a threat to our lives.

And so, the little ego of ours did well by us.

For this great experiment to work, the ego was created with the primitive instinct to stay “alive” at all costs.

Think about this, the “ego” as we have come to call it is the primitive instinctual part of us that is focused on survival. Since the beginning of time or should we say the “creation of time” this part of us has had the sole purpose of keeping us “alive” in the illusion of separateness.

The exploration of the full spectrum of emotions was contingent on the soul’s perception of individuality and separateness.

The Ego or Primitive Self’s job was to keep humanity alive long enough to explore and learn.

Consider the stories of people who have had near death experiences. Most of them report being consumed by light and love.

Death in a sense is the loss of our individual awareness and the expansion into one-ness. Since humanity began, this expansion was associated with releasing the body to physical death.

Our “ego” has worked diligently to keep us away from that light, that expansion, that one-ness. That was the primary purpose of the ego to keep us alive long enough to explore the earth experience.

Now, we are here, having explored the world of Earth and all its senses and emotions, We are waking up and remembering that we are One with Creation, that we were never separate. Yet we feel the need to fight against the very part of us that led us to this point of humanity.

Once again, this is an illusion.

If the ego is something to fight against or overcome, then it is not Creative Source Energy, and that is impossible because Source Energy is all there is.

What happens when we recognize that even the ego…even the Universal Ego…is Source Energy?  We pour Love into this part of Creation, and as we remember we are Creative Source Energy, the ego expands into our highest self and we ascend to become masters on Earth…

In this space, anger becomes passion, fear becomes excitement, guilt becomes surrender, greed becomes service, sex becomes creation. We are whole again, as we have always been.

In this space, we begin to experience the bliss of being Consciousness on Earth…we become the sight, scent, voice, taste, and touch of Creation, and we offer back to All That Is, the complete ecstasy of loving Creation with completeness.

Five Tips To Embracing The Pivotal Moments In Life Sun, 13 Jan 2019 02:34:39 +0000

Five Tips To Embracing The Pivotal Moments In Life

Today, I’m thinking of a pivotal moment in my life.

Some of my most profound pivotal moments, I experienced in seemingly subtle moments of my life.

I was in a high school philosophy class discussing the existence of God.

This was point in my life in which I was struggling with the God that was presented to me in my church upbringing.

I was uncertain what I believed, at the same time I knew that I felt better when I was connected to a higher source.

Suddenly it became clear to me.

I said “It really does not matter whether there is a God or not because at the end of my life there either will be something more or there will not.  So, I am choosing to live my life with the beliefs that make me feel good while I am alive!”

That was such an important moment in my life because it allowed me to set aside the debate and explore the enchantment, which of course is exactly what brought me to where I am today.

We often think of Pivotal Moments as large life changing events such as going to college, marriage, giving birth, or the death of a loved one.

While these events do change our lives significantly but each of these events is created from a series of smaller moments that often go unobserved.

It is our internal response to specific moments that can shift us profoundly.

Another example of this for me occurred when I was in college.

I was a Syracuse University exchange Student in London the semester leading up to the bombing of Pan Am flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland.  Many of my friends and most of my fellow students were on the plane that went down just before Christmas.

As defining as this event was to me, it was a few weeks later in the quiet of the night that I experienced a pivotal moment that would change my life.

Attending a memorial service for my friend Lindsey in Baltimore, I spent the weekend with her family.

They of course were anxious to hear about the last six months of her life as back then overseas communication was limited so they knew very little about her last moments on Earth.

After an evening of sharing memories with them; being in a sense the voice of their daughter/sister, I said goodnight.

Shortly after sliding into the bed, in that dreamy state just before sleep, I was startled by a vision of Lindsey sitting on the bed with me.

This was my first experience seeing and hearing a loved one after death.  I was of course a bit uneasy at first, but her love and friendship soothed me.

She shared with me a message she needed her family to hear and in the morning I told her family about the experience.

They were both open and grateful to hear of her peace.  This pivotal moment sent me on a journey of exploration and mastery that led to my life as a Spiritual Seer, Teacher Coach and Author.

Consciously embracing the pivotal moments in our lives can profoundly impact our ability to create a fulfilling life.

Here are a few tips to consciously embracing pivotal moments:

Silence~ Whether it is meditation, going for a walk or washing the dishes, give yourself at least a few minutes every day to be in silence.  In silence you will naturally review the day and become aware of the subtler moments of insight.

  • Journal~ Write down your thoughts even before they are fully formed.  Clarity often comes when we begin to put words to our thoughts.
  • Mantra~ Make “I Chose Love Over Fear” your daily mantra.  Tape it to your mirror, your steering wheel, your desk, so you remember to interpret the moments in your life from a base of Love.
  • Seek the Subtle~ Look beyond the large defining moments of your life to the smaller subtler aspects that surround them. Sometimes we focus so much on the story lines of our lives that we miss the transforming opportunities in front of us.
  • Be Present~  If you are worrying about the future or longing for the past you will miss the miracles of the moment.  Practice staying focused and present in each moment.  Being in the moment allows you to embrace these pivotal moments when they present themselves.

What Pivotal Moments have you experienced in your life:  Were they Subtle or Bold?  How have they influenced your life path?

Vibrant New Earth Energy Sun, 13 Jan 2019 02:23:24 +0000

Vibrant New Earth Energy

There is a transition of energy coming into the world that many people are referring to as the “New Earth Energy”.

This increase in energy is resulting in new gifts, abilities and truths. Rays of traditional teachings of separateness are becoming obsolete.

This shift is being labeled New Earth Energy. However, the energy that is being spoken of has existed since the beginning of time.

It is the Energy of pure Love in the highest form and an understanding of a unified field of Oneness.

History shows many people who have understood and accessed this energy. Jesus, Buddha, the Peacemaker and many other spiritual leaders, had access to this energy throughout their entire lifetimes.

Others such as St. Francis and Hiawatha were awakened to this energy through tragedy, illness or deep spiritual reverence.

The shift that is occurring at this time has increased the amount of Pure Love energy available for transformation on the Earth plane. This is the result of deep work and dedication leading to the evolution of human spirits. This shift in Energy is allowing more humans to access this energy in its fullest form, more than any other time in history.

Vibrant New Earth Energy

This energy shift is evident in numerous ways:

Dreams are intensified. At first there may be an increase in what one would call nightmares (violence, chase scenes) as you purge old memories and patterns. Following these dreams there will be another shift in dream content. At this point you will lead the dreams in a co-creative effort, with your conscious creation team. You will awake feeling excited.

New vibrant energy and vitality is evident after transition into this new phase. You are able to “re-charge” instantly when needed. The ten-minute power nap will literally leave you feeling ready to start the day again.

Light clearly illuminates the way through darkness and as a result no longer fear the dark side.

Increased ability to give and receive messages to/from the other side of the thinning veil. You will be consciously creating through a deepened connection to source energy beyond the physical. You, as a human in this energy, are a pioneer of a new time. Creative source energy will assist in what you want to create.

Increased ability to heal yourself and others with protection. No longer will you have to worry about taking on others negativity.

Increased ability to see the truth through the illusion. You will simply know what the deepest truth is in each moment.

Shift from doing to being

As a result of this increased energy available, many people are choosing to open to the Conscious Creation and understanding of Love. This is releasing old energy patterns and allowing expanded transformation.

It is important to remember that this is a time of transition. You are not advised to throw out the old tools that are still helpful on your journey. All can be integrated to assist.

This transition occurs by allowing as well as doing.

Some people will not choose to make the shift into the “new earth energy” at this time. The choice for some to remain in the “‘old energy” is essential in creating a balance for the time of transition within our earth plane. Therefore, this choice must be honored. Just as a grandmother learns from and teaches the grandchild so must we honor, respect and learn from both forms of energy.

This energy in either form is Love. Allow this Love to direct you as you allow your highest Self to Co-create your life in service to yourself, others and to our world.

What Comes After Peace? Sun, 13 Jan 2019 00:26:58 +0000

What Comes After Peace?

Have you ever stopped to think about this?

We spend so much of our time and energy working to attain both inner and global peace, but have we ever stopped to think about what this really means?
What is on the other side of Peace?

Twice in my life, I have broken a board with my bare hand. There is one simple rule to this technique. You must not focus on breaking the board but rather on breaking through the board. This means placing your attention not on breaking the board but on seeing your hand on the other side of the broken board.

Perhaps we need to apply this technique to our quest for peace.

Several years ago, when my son was eight years old, we were discussing the possibility of creating a video game that did not include war and violence.

As the discussion moved into the possibility of world peace, my son in his infinite wisdom said,

“People are not ready for that. Without conflict there would be no plot. And without a plot, no one would know what to do.”

I was speechless.

My eight year old son had just summed up in one simple sentence why the world has continued this cycle of war and conflict since the beginning of time. I could not get this thought out of my head for weeks.

I realized that our children are being taught to live in the cycle of conflict. Not only through propaganda, video games and media. They are learning the importance of conflict in English class!

The foundation of every paper they write is that a plot must consist of an introduction, conflict, and resolution.

In fact, every story that we read is based on this core principle.

It is our collective story!

How do we write a new story?

I’ve dedicated my life to mastering a new story; not for the world, but for myself.
In fully dropping a storyline that clings to conflict, I free myself to imagine a world beyond peace. As I dropped my attachment to conflict, I discovered that not only were my actions tied to the cycle of conflict and resolution, my desire for intimacy was woven into this same cycle.
Stop for a second and think about relationship. Most intimate moments come from joining together around conflict. We have a problem; reach out to a friend for comfort. The friend either commiserates by sharing their own similar problems or helps us find a resolution. We are comforted by these moments of intimate bonding.

So how do we create intimacy beyond conflict?

A few years later, I had the honor of being present at the Common Grounds of Peace Forum, with His Holiness the Dalai Lama and several world peace advocates.

I smiled when the moderator, Ann Curry, read this question,

“We focus so much attention on attaining world peace. What comes after peace?”

After four years of contemplating this very question, I anxiously awaited the response from these notable peace leaders.

One by one, each person attempted to answer. Yet, each answer simply reiterating the need for peace. Not one of these renowned peace advocates actually answered the question. Even more significant is that not one of them even seemed to realize that they were not answering the question.

Then His Holiness, The Dalai Lama, with his brilliant smile and light-hearted nature spoke. He shared that when you have peace at your core, you will be happy and you will have more friends.

“And,” he said, “everyone likes more friends.”

Simple and true.

Yes, after peace comes joy. We must start by finding this joy within ourselves.

As we release our attachment to storylines of conflict, we will discover a whole new way of connecting to others. We will discover a new way of seeing this world.

Begin by imagining a new and vibrant world. See a world that is more vibrant and colorful than you have ever before imagined. This world has unlimited possibilities and its only plot is to explore and create beauty. In this world, everything moves naturally into its most perfect form.

Meditating on this “Vibrant New Earth” immediately brings life into harmony. More than that, meditating on this Vibrant New Earth is the greatest gift we can offer our world in its quest for peace.

We are co-creators of this Universe

We must be able to see a world of joy in order to move through peace and create the world we desire.

John Lennon understood this in the 70’s when he planted the seed of intent with his song Imagine.

We have all heard the song. We have felt the vibration of peace it carries:

But have we actually taken the time to Imagine?

Take a moment to contemplate these lyrics. Really let the images of a joy filled world penetrate you. Let yourself feel the world you imagine.

“Imagine there’s no heaven
It’s easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people living for today
Imagine there’s no countries
It isn’t hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people living life in peace
You, you may say
I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one
I hope someday you’ll join us
And the world will be as one”
-John Lennon

Imagination is the gateway to creation. Let’s join together and imagine a world beyond peace. Let’s co-create in this moment a world filled with playful and creative joy.

Overcome This Simple Secret Manifesting To Your Dreams That Most People Overlook Sat, 12 Jan 2019 21:17:29 +0000

Overcome This Simple Secret To Manifesting Your Dreams
That Most People Overlook

Do you believe life should be more than the mundane of working everyday just to pay your bills?

Do you long for deeper relationships?

Do you miss feeling the wonder in life?

Manifesting a dream life means embracing all of life with passion.
It means deep heart centered relationships with your partner, children, parents, and friends.

It means communicating with loved ones who have crossed over,
feeling connected to nature and resting in the Universe’s embrace in every moment.

Does that sound like something you would enjoy?
Have you read every book, taken every course only to discover you keep slipping back into the mundane or longing for something more?
Are you on fire with the art of manifestation one minute and calling it B.S. the next?

Have you become so good at non-attachment and meditation that life has started to feel like an annoying interruption?

Do you go from one coach, healer or teacher to the next breathing in the
high you get from their majestic vision like a mini vacation from the mundane?

Does higher consciousness and spiritual vision seem like something only a few are gifted with?
If you relate to any of these then you are probably overlooking this simple secret that I am about to share with you.

You may even be actively helping the world suppress it without even realizing it.

Take a deep breath and get ready for me to reveal this most powerful secret to Manifesting a dream life.

Wait what?

Is that all?

Are you disappointed?

Don’t be, because I am honestly giving you one of the most powerful keys to unlocking the UNIVERSE.

You have heard that the best kept secrets are hidden in plain sight, haven’t you?

Think about how hard society works to suppress the art of imagination?
Funding of the arts is at an all-time low and even recess is being withdrawn from classrooms.

Now think about how magical life is for children…
Doesn’t it make sense that we come into this existence with the tools we need to navigate it?

Heck, even Jesus told us children hold the keys to the kingdom of heaven.

Maybe we should pay attention to this message?

And while we are at it….

Have you ever noticed that all the greatest prophets and messiahs speak in parables?

Why do you think that is?

Because, OUR IMAGINATION is the KEY to unlocking the messages within their teachings.

Let’s Talk about Imagination…

It is the springboard to everything we do.

Nothing would exist without imagination.

If someone had not looked up into the sky and said, “it would be awesome to capture a little piece of that great big ball of fire so that I could be warm and see at night.” Where would we be?

Not only would we not have s’mores…

We would not have heat in our homes, electricity, cooked food.

The list goes on.

And those are just the big things.

Innovators are imaginers that change our lives.

But imagination dictates every moment of our lives.

Wait… not really…. But in that split second as I asked you to do this, you were not only thinking “what the heck?”.

Even if you did not notice it, your mind imagined where your car was, imagined yourself grabbing your keys, walking to the car, looking in your glove compartment.

You may even have imagined what was in it.

It happened so fast that you may have not even paid attention to it.

My point is you do not do anything without imagination.

Without imagination you would not even get out of bed.

So why would you ignore imagination in your quest for Higher Consciousness?

It makes no sense.

Still people do it every day.

I cannot even tell you how many times, people have asked me
“how do I know it is not just my imagination?”

JUST my imagination?

Poor imagination gets such a bad rap!

What makes me different from most people, is I never bought into the whole “Imagination is for children” thing.
Even before I became a Writer, Meditation Teacher and Coach, I was a Child Therapist specializing in PLAY Therapy.

YES, even psychotherapists respect imagination more than most people on the path to awakening.

In our society we take the art of manifesting very seriously.

Serious contemplation may answer your question of what, but it will not get you to the how. You will know what you want to manifest, but you will not feel the manifestation take form until you unleash your imagination.

Let your imagination lead you.

You only imagined going to your car for a split second, but what if you learn to slow that process down…. Take your time to focus on the part of your brain that imagines… and let that lead you to the magic of life. In time it will prove itself to be MORE than just imagination.

The Fear of Manifesting Sat, 12 Jan 2019 01:28:35 +0000

Fear of Manifesting

One of the loop holes I have seen many people fall into while working with the concept of a law of attraction is that it seems almost foreboding. As if there is a force void of compassion or understanding which automatically creates every thought we have. That is a pretty scary idea, especially before we have attained mastery over our attention.

I have watched so many people struggle to control their thoughts for fear that they will create something harmful.

The idea that the untamed mind has the power to instantly create is a pretty terrifying thought. Even the ego is afraid of this.

Imagine a 6-year-old child being left alone with no rules whatsoever. At first he might be excited for the freedom. The unbridled opportunity to explore and choose whatever he wants would be an adrenaline rush. That rush would be followed by fear as the little one realized he did not feel the capacity to keep himself safe.

This is how the mind feels about the idea that it has full power to create in an instant.

I remember years ago, back when I was very sick, on the verge of death. My children were young. I wanted to live but I felt death hovering over me for months. I literally saw it as an image of a door in my peripheral vision.

I was terrified that if I allowed myself to think about it, give it any attention, I would die, abandoning my babies.

I prayed. I chanted Mantras. I meditated.

I did everything I could to create the path I was intending. When thoughts of exhaustion and pain came over me, I fought them for fear that they would overtake me and lead me towards that door of death.

I reached a point in which my mental exhaustion caught up to my physical exhaustion. If I could have willed myself into health, I would have done it a thousand times over but still that door to death hovered in my peripheral vision. Then one evening I could not take it anymore. I decided to walk through the door; to face whatever it led me to.

I walked through the door of death in my imagination, not knowing whether it would lead to my physical death. Peace overcame me. The battle of my mind silenced. It was blissful and calming at the same time. I felt complete surrender. My heart, mind, and spirit were once again aligned with source energy. I simply rested into that space. No intention, no need to control, just open to receive.

I will never know how long I was in that space. It was a space beyond time.

Then the phone rang drawing my attention back to the physical world. I answered the phone still in surrendered peace. A man on the other end said, “God directed me to call this number right now. I do not know why, but I am calling because I was told I needed to.”

This was not a dream. I was up and walking around during this phone conversation. I told the stranger on the other end that I had been lingering between life and death and his call had brought me back. I thanked him. We hung up and I never heard from him again. Oh, and within a few days, I regained my health.

This is the power of manifesting. It is more than a thought or an intention. It is the full alignment of thoughts, feelings, and Source energy.

We don’t have to be afraid of our thoughts. On their own, thoughts are not that powerful. Which, if you have been trying to think your way to a new car you might have already figured out!

This is a wonderful thing actually!!!

The true power of Manifesting comes in our full alignment with Source. In this space we can only create perfection. When we are not fully aligned in our remembrance, we create only the opportunity that supports us in remembering we are one with All That Is.

So, the fear of our power to create is no longer necessary.

One of my favorite moments is when I gaze into my empty fridge and pantry (which happens a lot when I am immersed in a creative project) then putting odd random ingredients together, I create a delectable masterpiece.
