What can I expect when I come to a session?
Each session is 45 minutes in length and opens with a prayer. Your guides will come in a form that is most appropriate for you in the moment. The information may appear as an animal, angel, person or color. You are welcome to ask and interject any questions that come to you during a session.
What do I need to prepare for a session?
Arrive in a space that allows you to stay focused. Preferably, a place that you will not be disturbed. Step away from telephones, computers or anything else that may distract you.
Be present in the moment. Come with a sense of openness to receive your reading in whatever form the information comes.
What if I learn something scary?
Every reading is given with love and the intention of highest good of all concerned. The information will come in a form that is most appropriate for you. Even difficult information is given so you can make positive choices for your life. It is the responsibility of each individual to place all information through his or her heart and to accept that which resonates and set aside that which does not resonate at this time.
What is a reading?
Everyone has spirit guides around them supporting and guiding them to higher understanding and love. During a reading, Sheila channels the energy of your personal spirit guides, angels, ascended masters or loved ones that have crossed to the other side.
These guides bring unique gifts and lessons weaving together past, present and future.
You will be guided with information to release patterns that no longer serve you and open up to possibilities in front of you.
What is an opening prayer?
Dear God the Creator of all that is, angels, ascended masters and all the beings of light here with us today. I ask you to make me a pure and open vessel of your divine love and light. I ask that your words, vision and healing flow through me in the highest form and for the highest good of all concerned. I give thanks for the opportunity to serve as a vessel of your divine love. What is ascension?
As you recognize old patterns and choose a different way of being, you choose to vibrate at a different level. The ascension process begins when you realize you are one with god.
Slowly each one of us is waking up from the illusion of the karmic cycle. This awakening begins the ascension process. As you continue to evolve, you reach higher levels of ascension and self-completion.
What is channeling?
Universal energy, vibrational information and nonphysical beings surround us at all times. A person who channels, consciously opens up to receive and translate this nonphysical information allowing you to gain a deeper understanding of your life circumstances.
